Common use of Errors or Questions Clause in Contracts

Errors or Questions. If a Distributor has questions about or believes any errors have been made regarding commissions, bonuses, Downline Activity Reports, or charges, the Distributor must notify Xxxxx in writing within 60 days of the date of the purported error or incident in question. Xxxxx will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or problems not reported to it within 60 days.
