Error. If the reason for the interruption/disturbance is an Error in the Software as set out in Part 2, Section 2.2, Exasol provides a Qualified Error Report during the course of Incident Management; however, error correction is not a subject of Incident Management but of Maintenance. The preparation of the Qualified Error Report may require the assistance of Customer (e.g. provision of client-logs, provision of the session- ID).

Error. If an employee is misinformed as to his/her vacation allowance, the employee will not be required to reimburse the Company for any excess day(s) taken if such employee pointed out the error to his/her supervisor in writing. Error any isolated deviation from the terms of this Agreement resulting from the act or omission of an employee of either SAFECO or Lincoln whose principal function relates to the administration of reinsurance, whether such deviation results from inadvertence or a mistake in judgment. “Error” shall not include any failure to comply with the terms of an offer of Facultative Reinsurance or any negligent or deliberate deviation from the terms of this Agreement.
