Equivalent Time Off. When a holiday falls on a day when the employee is not scheduled to work, then the employee shall be awarded equivalent time off to be scheduled by the employee and the immediate supervisor prior to the end of the next payroll period. If the School’s operating needs prevent scheduling such equivalent time off prior to the end of the next payroll period, then the School shall compensate the employee for such equivalent time.
