Common use of Equity Pledge Clause in Contracts

Equity Pledge. 2.1 The Pledgors hereby agree to pledge the Pledged Shares they legitimately hold and have the right to dispose of to the Pledgee in accordance with the Agreement, as a guarantee for repaying the Secured Debts. The Company hereby agrees that the Pledgors pledge the Pledged Shares to the Pledgee in accordance with the Agreement.
