Equity Arrangements. Subject to the Board's approval, the Company may from time to time grant equity awards to the Director including, without limitation, non-qualified stock options to purchase shares of common stock of the Company. The terms and conditions of any such awards shall be as specified in a "Non-Qualified Stock Option Agreement" substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A or in such other form agreement as approved by the Board.
