Equitable Distribution. No employee shall be required to lay off during his normal schedule of working hours for the sole purpose of depriving him of overtime pay. Overtime and call- back time shall be divided equitably among those employees normally engaged in these operations and who are qualified to perform the work that is available.

Equitable Distribution. The parties acknowledge and understand that each enters into the marriage with the same approximate total value of assets. The parties further acknowledge and understand that they intend to pool their financial resources in a joint effort to acquire various and, at present, undetermined assets such as real estate, financial investment accounts together with other marital assets. In the event of the parties' separation or marriage dissolution, each understands and agrees that all such acquired property shall be forthwith distributed amicably between them or, in the event the parties cannot agree, liquidated with the net proceeds derived from the liquidation to be evenly distributed between them. Net proceeds shall be defined as the sales price or total liquidated value of any asset less any and all liens and encumbrances, together with any actual gains tax, realtor's and/or broker's commissions, attorney's fees and any other reasonable and necessary costs of the liquidation.

When no employees have volunteered availability in their department list, the supervisor may solicit from other department’s availability lists. In the event that more than one employee marks themselves as “Available” the employer shall grant OT by seniority and then by seniority rotation. The rotation shall reset the first date of each semester.
Equitable Distribution. If overtime is required, the employer shall offer it to the available employees, in turn, distributing it equitably among the employees who normally do this work on the centre of activities and then to the other employees in the institution. However, in unforeseen cases or in urgent cases, the employer offers the overtime, preferably to employees onsite. If overtime must be used, the employer generally makes every effort to offer it to volunteers before using outside resources.
