Equipment Warranties and Manuals. The Developer shall be in possession of, and shall have delivered to the City, copies of the warranties of equipment and fixtures constituting a part of the Project required to be obtained under Section 6.10 (Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment), together with copies of all related operating manuals supplied by the equipment supplier;
