Common use of Equipment Training Clause in Contracts

Equipment Training. (a) For and in respect of each item of Equipment procured by Project Co and operated by HMQ, City, UofT and/or TO2015, Project Co shall, in accordance with Schedule 14 – Outline Commissioning Program, provide or arrange for adequate, appropriate and timely training in the item‟s proper operation and maintenance for all applicable HMQ, City, UofT and/or TO2015 staff.

Equipment Training. (a) For and in respect of each item of Not-In-Contract Equipment procured by Project Co and operated by HMQ, City, UofT and/or TO2015HRRH, Project Co shall, in accordance with Schedule 14 – - Outline Commissioning Program, provide or arrange for adequate, appropriate and timely training in the item‟s item’s proper operation and maintenance for all applicable HMQ, City, UofT and/or TO2015 HRRH staff.
