Equipment to be Maintained. This Agreement covers the units described in the table below (individually a “Unit” or collectively the “Units”). Equipment Type Nickname Legal ID OEM Serial # Stops Controller Manufacturer Hydraulic Passenger 160581 090017 2 Otis Scope of Work Service Visits TK Elevator will visit the Units described above to examine, maintain, adjust and lubricate the equipment covered by this Agreement as necessary to promote the proper operation of those Units and will repair or replace any covered components if the repair or replacement is, in TK Elevator's sole opinion, necessitated by normal wear and tear or is not otherwise excluded by this Agreement (“Service Visits”). These Service Visits will be performed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM except during scheduled holidays (“Regular Time”). All work performed before or after Regular Time shall be considered overtime ("Overtime"). TK Elevator will examine covered parts and components of the Unit(s) including: • Control and landing positioning systems • Signal fixtures • Machines, Drives, Power units, pumps, valves, and above-ground jacks • Car and hoistway door operating devices and door protection equipment • Loadweighers • Safety mechanisms In order to ensure optimum operation, TK Elevator will also: • Lubricate covered parts and components for smooth and efficient performance • Adjust covered parts and components to promote safe operation Service Visits Include TK Elevator's Maintenance Control Program TK Elevator performs all work covered by this Agreement in accordance with the version of ASME A17.1 that is, according to the relevant authority having jurisdiction, applicable to the Unit(s) at the time the Agreement is first fully executed by both Parties. Section 8.6 of that code currently requires Unit owners to have a Maintenance Control Program (“MCP”). TK Elevator’s MCP meets or exceeds section 8.6 of that code. Our MCP incorporates TK Elevator’s Basic Elevator and Escalator Procedures Manual listing the processes we follow when performing those maintenance, repair, replacement and testing services that are specifically described as included in this Agreement. Our MCP also includes TK Elevator’s Maintenance Tasks & Records documentation to record the performance of those tasks. This Agreement does not include any work mandated as a consequence of changes to that code after this Agreement is executed. Related to Equipment to be Maintained

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment. All supplies and equipment will be returned to the employer when the employee is no longer performing the duties that would require the survival provisions and/or equipment.

  • PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND APPAREL 16.01 The Employer will furnish employees with all necessary personal protective equipment (including safety helmets, safety glasses, gloves etc.) and rain gear if and when required. Said equipment shall remain the property of the Employer. Any worn out safety equipment will be replaced by the Employer upon presentation of the worn equipment. The employees shall be held responsible for loss or improper maintenance of Employer furnished items, including personal protective equipment, rain gear and safety equipment, in which case employees may, at the discretion of the Employer, be subject to disciplinary action.

  • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. Other than by this amendment procedure, this Agreement may not be amended, modified, or altered in any manner except in writing signed by both parties.

  • Equipment Provided County shall provide all tools and equipment it deems essential to complete assigned duties.

  • EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS 40.01 The Employer will make available all necessary tools and equipment it requires for the performance of work assignments at no cost to the employees. Such tools and equipment will remain the property of the Employer and the employees will be required to take reasonable care of this property and may be required to sign out certain equipment and tools.

  • Equipment The Fund shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense all equipment and services, including but not limited to communications services, necessary for it to utilize the Software and obtain access to the System, and Custodian shall not be responsible for the reliability or availability of any such equipment or services.

  • Communications Equipment Members of the board of directors or any committee thereof may participate in and act at any meeting of such board or committee through the use of a conference telephone or other communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and participation in the meeting pursuant to this section shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
