Equipment Security. Provider agrees that it shall provide reasonable security measures to protect the Equipment from damage, theft or unauthorized use.
Equipment Security i. Contractor’s equipment, and the equipment Contractor may utilize in its operations that is owned by a third party, is maintained to ensure its continued availability and integrity; and
ii. Contractor’s security measures have been applied to off-site equipment to address the risks of working outside the Contractor’s premises.
Equipment Security. (a) As a condition to leasing the Rented Property, Lessee may be required to provide Lessor with a security deposit for the full replacement value of the Rented Property. A security deposit may, at ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s discretion, be given in the form of an authorization to charge ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s credit or debit card for the amount of the security deposit in the event the Rented Property is not returned, returned late or in disrepair.
(b) In the event the Rented Property is not returned in good, safe, and serviceable condition, Lessor will be entitled to keep ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s security deposit and apply said deposit towards any fees imposed upon cancellation, late return fees, the cost of any repairs needed to the Rented Property and the replacement of the Rented Property if it is a total loss.
(c) ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s recourse to ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s security deposit is not Lessor’s exclusive remedy for ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s breach of this Agreement and, therefore, even if Lessor keeps Lessee’s Security Deposit, Lessor shall remain entitled to pursue available legal or equitable remedy for any damages it suffers as a result of ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s breach of any provision of this Agreement.
(d) Lessee may be required to provide proof of insurance covering the Rented Property naming Lessor as an additional insured and such policy shall be issued by a company licensed or authorized to do business in the State of California.
Equipment Security. The Subscriber shall take reasonable security precautions to prevent unauthorized Persons from gaining access to the Market Data and the Interrogation Devices, including without limitation carefully locating and protecting all Interrogation Devices to ensure compliance with this Agreement. The Subscriber must ensure that any Person installing or maintaining the Subscriber ‘s Interrogation Devices complies with all such security requirements.
Equipment Security. Box shall:
A. Protect its systems and other equipment to reduce the risk from environmental threats and hazards and opportunities for unauthorized access.
B. Protect equipment that is power-dependent from power failures, surges and other electrical anomalies.
C. Protect all power, telecommunication and network cabling from unauthorized access and damage.
D. Maintain its systems and other equipment to ensure its continued availability and integrity.
E. Implement exit procedures to control unauthorized removal of systems and other equipment.
Equipment Security. For the purposes of the annex “Equipment” shall mean the ICT equipment, storage media and any other physical equipment used for the Processing or storage of University Data plus supporting utilities, (such as power and air conditioning) and cabling. All Equipment should be secured and maintained. Equipment and University Data should not be taken off-site unless expressly authorised by the Contractor and must be adequately protected both on and off-site. Any University Data contained on any Equipment must be securely destroyed prior to such Equipment being disposed of or re-used. Unattended Equipment must be secured.
Equipment Security. The customer must keep the Equipment in a securely locked property.
Equipment Security. Borrower shall provide 24-hour, seven days a week security on all loaned equipment during the term of the MOU.
Equipment Security. Vendor shall provide, at Vendor's sole cost and expense, for the safety and security of Vendor's supplies and equipment while used or stored at the Class Location.
