Equipment Requested. 2.1. Contractor must be able to buy requested items in advance (immediately after signing of contract) and store contracted amount of equipment in appropriate storage facilities until time of delivery. Furthermore must be able to transport requested machines to building of Agriculture High School in Pole-Alam. The Contractor is also responsible to provide training how to use and maintain subject of delivery to the staff of Agriculture High School Pole-Alam (at least one week). The training shall be focused on appropriate use and maintenance of purchased vehicles and attachments. Description of training shall be part of bidding offer.

This agreement may be rescinded at any time, with a minimum seven (7) calendar day notice period. • The supervisor may require the employee’s physical presence and participation in meetings, training sessions, and/or other work-related activities, at the supervisor’s sole discretion. Managers must provide a twenty-four (24) advance notice for such requests. KSOM is not responsible for injuries or property damage unrelated to such work activities that might occur in the remote work setting. • Employee is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of any information created or accessed via telecommuting arrangements and for adhering to KSOM rules, regulations, policies, and procedures regarding security and confidentiality for the computer, its data and information including data such as FERPA, FISMA, HIPAA, PCI, PII, AND PHI, and any other information handled in the course of work. See Office of Information Technology Policies located at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/about-oit/policies for more information. • Employee shall not maintain hard copies of sensitive data at their Alternate Work Site in filing cabinets or other storage devices, unless they are actively working with that information and have received their manager's written approval.   • Equipment Return You may use the Leased Equipment provided under this plan only while you remain an active customer in good standing and in compliance with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the RCA). You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. If you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer, then you must return all Leased Equipment to: (A) your original retailer, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming; or (B) DISH, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs after such 30-day period. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs, expenses and risk of returning your Leased Equipment, including, without limitation, risk of loss during shipment. You are not responsible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than your Leased Equipment. Following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment (unless you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer and the cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming and you returned Leased Equipment to such retailer within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment), DISH will send you one or more return labels or empty boxes (depending on your Leased Equipment) to be used by you in returning your Leased Equipment and DISH will charge you up to $20.00 for each such return label or empty box (“Box Return Fee”).   • Equipment Provided County shall provide all tools and equipment it deems essential to complete assigned duties.

  • EQUIPMENT HIRE 3.1 Tardis shall hire the Equipment to the Customer for use at the Site subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Equipment Use Lessee agrees that the Equipment will be operated by competent, qualified personnel in connection with Lessee's business for the purpose for which the Equipment was designed and in accordance with applicable operating instructions, laws, and government regulations, and that Lessee shall use all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage to the Equipment from fire and other hazards. Lessee shall procure and maintain in effect all orders, licenses, certificates, permits, approvals, and consents required by federal, state, or local laws or by any governmental body, agency, or authority in connection with the delivery, installation, use, and operation of the Equipment.

  • Equipment Rental Copies of rental agreements for the equipment used, including the rental rate; and the number of hours the equipment was used on the project.

  • Equipment Cleaning (a) Areas, known by Forest Service prior to timber sale advertisement, that are infested with invasive species of concern are shown on Sale Area Map. A current list of invasive species of concern and a map showing the extent of known infestations is available at the Forest Supervisor’s Office. For purposes of this provision, “Off-Road Equipment” includes all logging and construction machinery, except for log trucks, chip vans, service vehicles, water trucks, pickup trucks, cars, and similar vehicles.

  • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. Customer Support The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Agreements Agreements for purchase will normally be put into effect by means of a purchase order(s) executed by authorized agents of the TIPS Member participating government entities, but other means of placing an order may be used at the Member’s discretion. Tax exempt status Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. Assignments of Agreements No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Equipment and Supplies Independent Contractor, at Independent Contractor's sole expense, shall provide all equipment, tools and supplies necessary to perform the Service.
