Equipment Records. The Borrower shall at all times hereafter keep correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the kind, type, age and condition of its Equipment, the Borrower’s cost therefor and accumulated depreciation thereon, and retirements, sales, or other dispositions thereof, all of which records shall be available during Borrower’s usual business hours at the request of the Administrative Agent.

The Equipment includes, without limitation, all gasoline dispensers, walk-in coolers, affixed sales counters and food preparation counters, food preparation equipment, cash registers, debit card machines, and PayQuick Island Cashier (PIC) machines.
Equipment Records. The Grantee agrees to keep satisfactory records pertaining to the use of the Project property, and submit to FTA upon request such information as may be required to assure compliance with Section 19 of the Master Agreement.

Equipment Records. Recipient must maintain equipment records that include a description of the equipment; a serial number or other identification number; the source of funding; the acquisition date, cost, and percentage of federal, state, or local government participation in the cost; the location, use, and condition of the equipment; and disposition information including the date of the disposal and sale price of the equipment.
Equipment Records. Each Loan Party keeps correct and accurate records itemizing and describing the type, quality, and quantity of its and its Subsidiaries’ Equipment and the book value thereof.
Equipment Records. Pursuant to 2 C.F.R. § 200.313(d)(1), Subrecipient shall maintain detailed property records for equipment (if any) purchased with funds made available under this Agreement and/or program income generated hereunder.
