- Equipment Openings. When openings on types of equipment occur at any time, qualified employees in the department in which the openings occur shall be given preference in accordance with their seniority. This shall not be interpreted to give an employee the right to move from one truck to another, nor to give an employee a preference to bid on a new truck, but is intended to give an employee an opportunity to progress from straight truck to tractor-trailer equipment.

- Equipment Openings. When openings on types of equipment occur at any time, qualified employees in the department in which the openings occur shall be given preference in accordance with their seniority. Job Openings When job openings occur in any department coming within the scope of this Agreement, such openings will be posted on the bulletin board for seventy-two (72) hours (Saturdays, Sundays and General Holidays excluded) and the employees in the department affected shall have the first opportunity of bidding on such job openings and retaining their departmental seniority. The senior qualified employee(s) from any other department bidding on the remaining vacancies will be placed in the new department at the bottom of the seniority list for work preference.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.

  • EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A leave of absence without pay of up to one (1) contract year may be granted to any employee, upon application, for the purpose of engaging in study at an accredited college or university reasonably related to professional responsibilities.

  • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
