Equipment Maintenance Service. Cleaning, inspecting, replacing all worn parts, lubricating, testing, and adjusting will be provided as required to maintain the equipment in satisfactory operating condition. The Contractor inspections will be completed during County work hours and will be coordinated with the agency/department having control of the equipment. Emergency service required and performed during normal business hours is included at no extra charge. The Contractor shall list any parts that are not considered part of this equipment maintenance price agreement.

Equipment Maintenance Service. In consideration of Customer paying in advance the Equipment Maintenance Service charges specified on the applicable Order Form, Fujitsu shall render maintenance service for the covered Equipment (“Equipment Maintenance Service”) during the Principal Period of Maintenance (“PPM”) as set forth on the applicable Order Form. Equipment Maintenance Service consists of repairs, replacements, and adjustments in the United States as are necessary to maintain Equipment in good working order according to its specifications under normal use and operating conditions. The Order Form, which may incorporate or alternatively be identified as a Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement or Performance Level Agreement, shall be agreed in writing, signed by the authorized representatives of the Parties, and may include expanded terms or details relative to Equipment Maintenance Service.
Equipment Maintenance Service. Operator shall provide Equipment maintenance at each Terminal of origin through “Roadability” service stations prior to each terminal exit. In the event that the service required exceeds the capability of the “Roadability” station, a flip will be made to Equipment by the terminal at no additional cost to the Motor Carrier or the Operator.
Equipment Maintenance Service. Shop Work‌ Shop work is included in this price agreement at no extra charge. A comparable piece of equipment will be loaned, when required, at no extra charge. When the equipment needs to be taken from the premises for repair or maintenance, the agency/department supervisor or other authorized person in charge of equipment maintenance must be notified in writing and a receipt must be left for the equipment prior to removal.

Equipment Maintenance Service. Parts: Contractor shall furnish and install all new parts, materials and lubricants which meet or exceed the original equipment manufacturer’s specifications. Any parts other than those manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer shall be approved by the County before being incorporated in the work performed by the contractor under this Contract.   • MAINTENANCE SERVICE 1. Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.

  • Equipment Maintenance If this Contract involves computer or telecommunications hardware or other mechanical or electrical Equipment (use of the word "Equipment" means all the foregoing) as a Deliverable, then, during the warranty period and during any period covered by annual maintenance, the Contractor will provide Equipment maintenance to keep the Equipment in or restore the Equipment to good working order. This maintenance will include preventative and remedial maintenance, installation of safety changes, and installation of engineering changes based upon the specific needs of the individual item of Equipment. This maintenance will also include the repair, replacement, or exchange deemed necessary to keep the Equipment in good working order. For purposes of this Contract, Equipment restored to good working condition means Equipment that performs in accordance with the manufacturer's published specifications. The Contractor will exert its best efforts to perform all fault isolation and problem determination attributed to the Equipment covered under this Contract. The following services are outside the scope of this Contract:

  • Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.
