Common use of Equipment Installation Clause in Contracts

Equipment Installation. In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.
