Equipment Identification. ACCESS Integrated shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to each piece of ACCESS Integrated’s equipment, including the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify ACCESS Integrated’s equipment in the case of an emergency. For caged Remote Collocation Space, such identification must be placed on a plaque affixed to the outside of the caged enclosure.

Neutral Tandem shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to each piece of Neutral Tandem’s equipment, including the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify Neutral Tandem’s equipment in the case of an emergency. For caged Collocation Space, such identification must be placed on a plaque affixed to the outside of the caged enclosure.

PTLLC shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to each piece of PTLLC’s equipment, including the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify PTLLC’s equipment in the case of an emergency. For caged Collocation Space, the identification must be placed on a plaque affixed to the outside of the caged enclosure.
Equipment Identification. BSLD shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to BSLD’s GPS antenna or antenna mounting bracket, cabling and associated GPS equipment, which includes the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify BSLD’s GPS antenna, cabling facilities and associated equipment in the case of an emergency.
Equipment Identification. All equipment sold under the terms of this Agreement as well as all proposals forwarded to any prospective customers by DISTRIBUTOR shall clearly identify the equipment being sold as being manufactured by the Manufacturer and shall carry the Manufacturer's trademarks. Under no circumstances shall DISTRIBUTOR, its agents or employees, represent Products furnished by the Manufacturer as being manufactured by DISTRIBUTOR or by anyone other than the Manufacturer, directly or indirectly.
Equipment Identification. All vehicles and equipment used by the Contractor must be clearly identified with the name of the company, address of local office and phone number of local office on each side of the equipment. Also, the words "Under Contract to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation" must be on all equipment, including personnel transportation vehicles. The letters shall be at least three inches high and of proportionate width.
Equipment Identification. Each User shall place a magnetic display with the wording: “Equipment provided by Cooperative Agreement with other Public Agencies.”

Equipment Identification. Licensee shall clearly and conspicuously use and maintain tags to identify Licensee’s Telecom Equipment, which tags shall indicate Licensee’s name and frequency number(s). Licensee shall also post a copy of its FCC License on Licensee’s Telecom Equipment upon installation.
