The Equipment Identification clause serves to clearly specify and describe the particular equipment covered by an agreement or contract. This clause typically includes details such as serial numbers, model types, or other unique identifiers to ensure there is no ambiguity about which equipment is being referenced. By providing precise identification, the clause helps prevent disputes or confusion regarding the subject of the contract, ensuring both parties are aligned on the exact items involved.
Equipment Identification. ACCESS Integrated shall place a plaque or affix other identification (e.g., stenciling or labeling) to each piece of ACCESS Integrated’s equipment, including the appropriate emergency contacts with their corresponding telephone numbers, in order for BellSouth to properly identify ACCESS Integrated’s equipment in the case of an emergency. For caged Remote Collocation Space, such identification must be placed on a plaque affixed to the outside of the caged enclosure.

All vehicles and equipment used by the Contractor must be clearly identified with the name of the company, address of local office and phone number of local office on each side of the equipment. Also, the words "Under Contract to the Maricopa County Department of Transportation" must be on all equipment, including personnel transportation vehicles.
