Equipment/Facilities eMazzanti may utilize certain items of Client’s equipment and may need to gain access to certain Client facilities. Client retains title and ownership to all of the equipment owned by Client, and shall grant access for eMazzanti to access Client’s facility and equipment. Facility access may be denied for any reason at any time, however if access to facilities or equipment is denied, Client acknowledges that eMazzanti may be unable to perform Client Services adequately and, if such a situation should exist, eMazzanti is hereby indemnified and held harmless from any loss, cost or expense that Client may incur as a result of inadequate access to Client’s facilities.

Where there are cost implications of undertaking this audit the Council will discuss with the LPC. Buckinghamshire Council will provide a framework for the recording of relevant service information for the purposes of audit and the claiming of payment. This is via the electronic recording system - Pharm Outcomes5. The pharmacy reviews its standard operating procedures and the referral pathways for the service on an annual basis. The pharmacy will complete all required data collection systems and transfer this non-patient identifiable information to the Council using secure methods only. The pharmacy will comply with any post-payment verification of payment claim forms undertaken by or on behalf of the Council. Performance monitoring of this service specification may be undertaken at any time by Buckinghamshire Council and at the time of the pharmacy contract assessment visit by the Area Team from NHS England.

Equipment/Facilities. 3.1 Except as otherwise expressly specified in a SOW, Supplier shall provide and operate any and all vehicles, equipment, manuals, materials, and supplies (including but not limited to employee uniforms and any safety equipment reasonably directed by Airline, such as safety vests, wands, and cones) which may be reasonably required to perform the Services (collectively, “GSE”) and shall be responsible for all aspects thereof and all associated costs, including but not limited to maintaining, repairing, replacing, fueling, permitting, and insuring the same. All GSE shall satisfy Airline’s applicable safety standards. In the case of Passenger Services provided pursuant to Exhibit A, Section 1, Airline shall provide an allocation (in an amount to be determined by Airline in its sole and absolute discretion) for Supplier’s new hire employees to purchase initial uniform items. Thereafter, Airline may replace worn or lost uniform items as determined by Airline in its sole and absolute discretion. For all other Services, Supplier shall provide uniforms at Supplier’s sole cost.
