Equipment Compatibility. Franchisee shall comply with all FCC regulations regarding scrambling or other encryption of signals, Subscriber premises equipment, equipment compatibility, and facilities and equipment that permit Subscribers to fully utilize the capabilities of consumer electronic equipment while receiving Cable Service. FCC regulations governing compatibility with consumer electronics equipment, as they may be amended from time to time, including, but not limited to, 47 C.F.R. § 76.630, are incorporated herein by reference.
Equipment Compatibility. CLEC will use and/or connect equipment and facilities to UNEs obtained from CenturyLink that are compatible with such UNEs.
Equipment Compatibility. Customer acknowledges and understands that the Service may not be compatible with all non-voice communications equipment, including but not limited to home security systems, home security systems set up to make automatic phone calls, medical monitoring equipment, fax machines, satellite television systems and computer modems.
Equipment Compatibility. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure that Customer’s Equipment is compatible with the Bolt’s Customer’s, Facility, and network without further assistance from us. If any aspect of Customer’s Equipment is not compatible with the Services and Customer instructs Bolt to make Customer’s Equipment compatible and/or Customer asks Bolt to install Your Equipment even though it is not compatible with the Services, Customer will be charged our hourly rate for such additional services or will be returned at Customer’s expense. • Mined Cryptocurrency. Bolt does not have the ability to access any cryptocurrency mined by Customer’s Equipment. Customer is solely responsible for providing Customer’s digital currency wallet address directly to the mining pools in which Customer participates. Customer is solely responsible for maintaining and controlling Customer’s digital currency wallet(s). • Compliance with Laws. Customer must comply with all laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to Customer’s cryptocurrency mining activities. • Taxes and Finances. Customer is responsible for all tax, accounting, and financial obligations that result from your cryptocurrency mining activities, including any applicable importation and exportation taxes for Customer’s Equipment. • Communication. Customer is solely responsible for providing to us any information we require to provide the Services, including giving us instructions with respect to items of Customer’s Equipment that are broken and need repairs or part replacements that are outside the scope of the routine maintenance services included in the Base Fees.
Equipment Compatibility. Customer agrees to use and maintain only ------------------------ terminals, modems, and other Hardware, firmware, and Software (collectively, the "Equipment") compatible with the InterCept System. If requested by InterCept, Customer shall provide sufficient information about the Equipment to allow InterCept to perform tests to demonstrate the compatibility of the Equipment to the InterCept System. Customer shall upgrade Equipment to maintain efficiency and compatibility with the InterCept System at the request of InterCept.
Equipment Compatibility. Customer agrees that it is responsible for all communications between Customer and the Fidelity System. When communicating with, or transferring Data to, or receiving Data from, Fidelity, Customer shall, at its own cost and expense, use and maintain only such terminals, modems and other hardware, firmware and software (herein collectively referred to as the “Equipment”) as may be compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity as detailed in Fidelity’s hardware specifications as provided by Fidelity, including any updates to the foregoing. The Customer’s Equipment must be completely compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity and, if requested by Fidelity, Customer shall be responsible for providing sufficient information about the Equipment to Fidelity and for performing adequate tests to demonstrate that the Equipment is in good working order and completely compatible with the systems and communications networks of Fidelity.
Equipment Compatibility. PSTN products under this Agreement are compatible with the following equipment: • Telephone handset (PSTN standard compatible) • Any PSTN standard compatible device (e.g. fax machine, alarm system, EFTPOS) VoIP products under this Agreement are compatible with the following VoIP-ready equipment: • VoIP compatible handset • Router • Wireless Router

Equipment Compatibility. Equipment purchased or rented by the City shall be compatible, whenever practicable, with the use of recycled-content products.

Customer must safeguard its NGD account credentials. If Customer believes Customer’s NGD account credentials were compromised, let us know immediately. Customer must also safeguard your mining pool account credentials. If Customer believes any of such account credentials were compromised, inform the appropriate mining pool promptly. If any of Customer’s mining pool account credentials are unrecoverable, inform us immediately. CUSTOMER MUST NEVER PROVIDE ANY OF CUSTOMER’S MINING POOL ACCOUNT PASSWORDS TO NGD, INCLUDING ANY OFFICER, EMPLOYEE, OR PERSON PURPORTING TO BE AN AGENT OF NGD. WE HAVE NO NEED FOR YOUR MINING POOL PASSWORDS AND DO NOT WANT TO EVER RECEIVE THEM.
