EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING. A list shall be maintained on an annual election basis of bargaining unit members who desire to work emergency snow removal. The list shall be updated yearly (posted the first full week in September and removed the last full week in September), and the School shall designate the snow removal equipment which the employee is qualified to operate. The Branch President of the Union shall be given the list of supplemental bargaining unit members and jobs available. School seniority shall govern the order in which employees are given the opportunity to learn to operate snow removal equipment, as needed.
EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING. The City is responsible for providing, at its own expense, each School Resource Officer with a vehicle or mileage reimbursement and all necessary law enforcement equipment, including but not limited to clothing, uniforms, and electronic devices, within the City’s law enforcement budget to perform the School Resource Officer’s duties.   • Equipment and Inventory With respect to any Equipment and/or Inventory of an Obligor, each such Obligor has exclusive possession and control of such Equipment and Inventory of such Obligor except for (i) Equipment leased by such Obligor as a lessee or (ii) Equipment or Inventory in transit with common carriers. No Inventory of an Obligor is held by a Person other than an Obligor pursuant to consignment, sale or return, sale on approval or similar arrangement.

  • Other Locations Except in the event of an emergency or of a planned System shutdown, the Fund’s access to services performed by the System or to Data Access Services at the Designated Locations may be transferred to a different location only upon the prior written consent of State Street. In the event of an emergency or System shutdown, the Fund may use any back-up site included in the Designated Configuration or any other back-up site agreed to by State Street, which agreement will not be unreasonably withheld. The Fund may secure from State Street the right to access the System or the Data Access Services through computer and telecommunications facilities or devices complying with the Designated Configuration at additional locations only upon the prior written consent of State Street and on terms to be mutually agreed upon by the parties.
