EQUIPMENT AND CONNECTIONS. The User shall obtain and supply, at its sole cost, all equipment, including computer, peripherals, modems, software and connections and shall be responsible for and pay any and all other fees or costs necessary to implement this Agreement.

Each connection to and from each piece of such equipment shall be clearly labeled with Customer's name (or code name) at the starting and ending point of the connection. Customer Equipment and RagingWire Supplied Equipment must be configured and run at all times in compliance with the appropriate manufacturer's specifications, including power outlet, power consumption, and clearance requirements. Customer must provide RagingWire with prior written notice any time Customer intends to connect or disconnect any Customer Equipment, RagingWire Supplied Equipment, or other equipment in the Customer Area.
