Equipment and Access. Contractor shall adequately protect the property of the City as well as its own equipment and take all necessary precautions while performing the services contracted hereunder to protect all persons and property from damage or loss. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions for the safety of its employees and the City’s employees and shall comply with all applicable provisions of the federal, state, and local safety laws and building codes to prevent accidents and injury to persons on, about, or adjacent to the premises where services are being performed. Contractor shall post all applicable signage and other warning devices necessary to protect against potential hazards resulting from the performance of the services contracted hereunder.
Equipment and Access. Section 1 - General: Recognizing that the success of the Club is dependent on satisfying the needs and desires of the membership; a variety of aircraft and support equipment must be acquired, maintained and disposed of; as these needs and desires arise and/or change. As such, the Directors are authorized to make all repairs and upgrades within their obligation authority outlined in Article X of these Bylaws.

Soy Energy and its employees, agents, and contractors will be given reasonable access to the loading and storage facilities at the Ethanol Plant to meet its removal obligations in an efficient and expeditious manner. Seller agrees to advise Soy Energy when it encounters an access problem and Seller shall then have a reasonable period of time in which to remedy the problem.
