Common use of Equipment Additions Clause in Contracts

Equipment Additions. Northwest and Pinnacle agree that (A) subject to Bombardier (x) continuing to provide or cause to be provided to Northwest financing for the Equipment on a basis no less favorable to Northwest than the terms of such financing as in effect as of the Effective Date and (y) delivering Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft to Northwest as scheduled as of the Effective Date, an additional sixty (60) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and five (5) Spare Engines shall be added to Pinnacle’s fleet on or before December 31, 2005, provided that at Northwest’s option one of such Spare Engines may be added to Pinnacle’s fleet after December 31, 2005 and on or before June 30, 2006, and (B) Northwest shall have the right to cause from time to time up to an additional one hundred seventy-five (175) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and twenty-four (24) Spare Engines to be added to Pinnacle’s fleet.

Northwest and Pinnacle agree that (A) subject to Bombardier (x) continuing to provide or cause to be provided to Northwest with financing for the Equipment on a basis no less favorable to Northwest than the terms of such financing as in effect as of the Effective Date and (y) delivering Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft to Northwest as scheduled as of the Effective Date, (A) an additional sixty sixty-one (6061) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and shall be added to Pinnacle’s fleet on or before December 31, 2004, (B) five (5) Spare Engines shall be added to Pinnacle’s fleet on or before December 31, 2005, provided that at Northwest’s option one of such Spare Engines may be added to Pinnacle’s fleet after December 31, 2005 and on or before June 30, 2006, and 2004 (BC) Northwest shall have the right to cause from time to time up to an additional one two hundred seventy-five (175nine ( 209) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft to be added to Pinnacle’s fleet, and (E) Northwest shall have the right to cause from time to time up to an additional twenty-four six (2426) Spare Engines to be added to Pinnacle’s fleet.

Northwest and Pinnacle agree that (A) subject to Bombardier (x) continuing to provide or cause to be provided to Northwest financing for the Equipment on a basis no less favorable to Northwest than the terms of such financing as in effect as of the Effective Date and (y) delivering Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft to Northwest as scheduled as of the Effective Date, an additional sixty forty-four (6044) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and five four (54) Spare Engines shall be added to Pinnacle’s fleet on or before December 31, 20052004, provided that at Northwest’s option one of such Spare Engines may be added to Pinnacle’s fleet after December 31, 2005 2004 and on or before June 30, 20062005, and (B) Northwest shall have the right to cause from time to time up to an additional one two hundred seventy-five nine (175209) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and twenty-four six (2426) Spare Engines to be added to Pinnacle’s fleet.

Equipment Additions. Northwest and Pinnacle agree that (A) subject to Bombardier (x) continuing to provide or cause to be provided to Northwest financing for the Equipment on a basis no less favorable to Northwest than the terms of such financing as in effect as of the Effective Date and (y) delivering Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft to Northwest as scheduled as of the Effective Date, (i) an additional sixty twenty-five (6025) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and five three (53) Spare Engines shall be added to Pinnacle’s 's fleet on or before December July 31, 2005, provided that at Northwest’s 's option one of such Spare Engines may be added to Pinnacle’s 's fleet after December 31, 2005 and on or before June 30, 2006, and (B) Northwest shall have the right to cause from time to time up to an additional one hundred seventysixty-five (175165) CRJ-200/440 Canadair Regional Jet Aircraft and twenty-four (24) Spare Engines to be added to Pinnacle’s 's fleet.
