Equal Employment Opportunity Efforts. The Consultant and all parties subcontracting under the authority of this Contract agree to undertake equal employment opportunity efforts to ensure that applicants and employees are treated, without regard to their sex, race, color, marital status, national origin, religious affiliation, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression or age. The Consultant’s equal employment opportunity efforts shall include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeships.
