Common use of Equal Employment Opportunities Clause in Contracts

Equal Employment Opportunities. Neither the employer nor the union will engage in conduct that would constitute unlawful discrimination under the National Labor Relations Act. Union activities shall not interfere with the normal operations of the Employer. Neither the Employer nor the Union shall discriminate for or against any employee because of race, creed, color, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, veteran status, political affiliation, marital status, or in violation of any city, state or federal laws.
