Environmental Stewardship. The Park Board of Trustees of the City of Galveston recognizes a shared responsibility between it and its concessionaires to act as a positive force for the protection and enhancement of our Island’s natural resources. In this important effort Park Board reaches out and partners with its concessionaires in the implementation of environmental stewardship and sustainability practices that can be applied to daily business operations. Concessionaires operating under the jurisdiction of Park Board are expected to participate in this effort and incorporate sound environmental practices that achieve the overarching goal of protection, sustainability and enhancement of our natural resources. Environmental Stewardship. The applicant shall have a Forest Plan or Land Management Plan in place. The applicant shall have developed a Wildlife Habitat Protection Program, soil monitoring program, and the annual monitoring program report shall have been provided to the Division (if applicable). The applicant shall have provided an update of their route inventory and designation status (if applicable). Inspections by the grant administrator have found few problems. The grantee has provided the Division with maps of roads, trails, and areas that are funded with OHV funds.
Environmental Stewardship. It is the Province’s expectation that the Contractor will conduct its business in a manner that demonstrates stewardship of environmental resources.
Environmental Stewardship. Collaborative development and implementation of measures to address abandoned, derelict and sunken vessels. Policies and programs to understand and address the cumulative impact of shipping on marine wildlife and ecosystems (including human communities), including collaborative work to collect and update baseline data to support effective environmental stewardship. Measures to identify how climate change affects marine shipping, and plans to reduce related risks.
Environmental Stewardship. Tenant shall support the County’s Environmental Compliance and Stewardship program through participation in various efforts or implementation of Airport plans listed below as applicable, and through complying with Airport Tenant Guidelines. County shall provide Tenant advance notice of any proposed changes to the following plans that may affect Tenant operations:

Contractor must describe all environmental management 2810 policies and activities related to Collection Service, including the use of alternative fuel 2811 Collection Vehicles, reduction of air emissions and wear and tear on the City’s streets, use 2812 of recycled products throughout operations, use of 100% renewable energy at buildings and 2813 facilities owned or operated by the Contractor, internal Source Separation and Reuse 2814 protocol, water and resource conservation activities within facilities (design, construction and 2815 operation), compliance with laws governing e-waste, HHW, and u-waste, and use of non- 2816 toxic products when possible.
Environmental Stewardship. 4.1. The Parties agree that the protection of the environment throughout the life of the Project is essential and fundamental and that it is necessary to establish measures and mechanisms to support:
Environmental Stewardship. Xxxxx Theater shall employ, to the extent it is commercially reasonable, environmental best practices in its operations. This may include, but is not limited to, refraining from the use of plastic straws, use of biodegradable cups and utensils, composting of food waste, and installation of energy efficient appliances and water-free urinals in the restrooms. Contractor must describe all environmental management policies and activities related to the solid waste collection service, including the use of alternative fuel vehicles, reduction of air emissions and wear and tear on the City’s streets, use of recycled products throughout operations, internal waste reduction and reuse protocol, water and resource conservation activities within facilities (design, construction and operation), compliance with laws governing e-waste, HHW, and u-waste, and use of non-toxic products when possible.
Environmental Stewardship. The land is not currently entered into an Environmental Stewardship scheme. Nitrate Vulnerable Zone: The land lies within a Nitrate Vulnerable Zone. Drainage Rates: Where applicable drainage rates will be paid by the tenant. Repair & Maintenance: The Tenant will be responsible for the maintenance of tracks, all xxxxxx, fences, walls, gates, ditches, drains etc and for any damage for which they are responsible for. Maintenance of any tracks used by multiple users will be charged according to user and the specific damage caused. A record of condition has been taken of the buildings, tracks and field boundaries and they will need to be main- tained in the same state of repair as they were at the com- mencement of the tenancy, with any boundaries main- tained and left in a stock proof condition. Costs of the Agreement: The tenant is to contribute £200 plus vat towards the costs of setting up the Farm Business Tenancy Agreement and towards the cost of transferring the BPS entitlements.
