Common use of Environmental Reports Clause in Contracts

Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent Mortgaged Property from firm(s) reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from Environ Corporation or any other firm(s) reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received all environmental review studies and reports prepared by independent environmental engineering firms with respect to the real properties Mortgaged Real Property, the results of the Borrower which shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and its Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory substance to the Administrative Agent, which reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.; and

The Administrative Agent Agents shall have received an environmental review reports with respect to the real properties Real Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries Loan Parties specified by the Administrative Agent Agents from firm(s) satisfactory to the each Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be acceptable to the each Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report reports shall indicate the Loan Parties’ ' plans with respect thereto.

Environmental Reports. The Administrative Agent shall have received any environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory (and with respect to the Administrative Agentreal properties of any Person whose Equity Interests any Loan Party intends, as of the Effective Date, to acquire) received by any Loan Party within the 12-month period prior to the Effective Date, which reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ actions taken or plans with respect thereto.

The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report reports shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

The Administrative Agent shall have received environmental review reports with respect to the real properties Real Properties of the Borrower Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries specified by the Administrative Agent from firm(s) satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, which review reports shall be acceptable to the Administrative Agent. Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.

Any environmental hazards or liabilities identified in any such environmental review report reports shall indicate the Loan Parties’ plans with respect thereto.
