Environmental Release. The Borrower and the Guarantors agree that upon any Executive Officer's becoming aware of the occurrence of an Environmental Release at or on any of the Properties the Borrower will act promptly to investigate the extent of, and to take appropriate action to remediate such Environmental Release, whether or not ordered or otherwise directed to do so by any Environmental Authority.
