Environmental Protection Plan. Prior to beginning Services under this Agreement, the Concessionaire will provide a draft Environmental Protection Plan to be evaluated by a Department biologist. The Concessionaire will implement a final Environmental Protection Plan incorporating the Department biologist’s, the District’s, and the Park Manager's comments prior to beginning Services under this Agreement. The Environmental Protection Plan will cover all operations in the Park, including, but not limited to:
Environmental Protection Plan. Contractor shall provide an Environmental Protection Plan that addresses all Federal, State, and local regulations and requirements. Contractor plan shall specifically address ACM Abatement and Regulated Materials Removal, Environmental Compliance, Natural Resources and Wildlife Management, Cultural and Historic Resources Management, Clean Water Act, to include Storm Water Pollution Prevention and/or Erosion and Sediment Control, Spill Pollution Prevention and Reporting, Solid Waste Management, and Hazardous Materials Handling, Packaging, Disposal, and Transportation.
Environmental Protection Plan. D25.1 The Contractor shall plan and implement the Work of this Contract strictly in accordance with the requirements of the Environmental Protection Plan as herein specified.
Environmental Protection Plan. For each Contract Task Order, meet with the Contracting Officer or designated representative to discuss the proposed environmental protection plan and to develop mutual understanding relative to the details of environmental protection, including measures for protecting natural resources, required reports, and other measures to be taken.

Environmental Protection Plan. 1 The Contractor is required to submit a plan showing all pollution control measures that will be used to fulfill the requirements of the Environmental Protection Section. This plan will be reviewed by the Departmental Representative and the Environmental Protection Officer prior to commencement of any work. Any deviation from this plan will require further approval by the Departmental Representative. The protection plan shall be submitted prior to the pre-construction meeting.
Environmental Protection Plan. The purpose of the Environmental Protection Plan (EPP) is to ensure that a high level of importance is placed on the protection of the environment throughout the lifecycle of the Project. The EPP provides Operational Environmental Standards (OESs) to identify and address Project environmental issues and concerns and to provide guidance and control measures (which may be field fit as required), to reduce/limit potential adverse effects to the environment and/or minimize or mitigate these impacts to the extent necessary to prevent undue harm. The EPP is developed in recognition of applicable permits, authorizations, and approvals, and provides operational measures that comply with these approvals. Where possible, IQ is also integrated into the EPP. The specific purposes of the EPP are as follows: • Provide a reference document to ensure that commitments to minimize adverse environmental effects will be met. • Document and identify environmental concerns and ensure appropriate protection measures are implemented. • Provide concise guidance to Project Personnel regarding the implementation of appropriate standards for protecting the environment and minimizing adverse environmental effects.
Environmental Protection Plan. Clermont County is currently in the process of developing a comprehensive water resources management plan for the East Fork of the Little Miami River (EFLMR). The Plan will address multiple water quality, land use, and economic development issues in the County, while presenting a multi-year master work plan for implementation. Through the use of consultants, stakeholders and County staff support, a wide range of environmental considerations will be included. The County will gather public and stakeholder input through collaborative goal setting, identify watershed issues, assess water quality impacts from existing and future land use, and develop the appropriate management approaches to prevent water quality impairment while promoting economic development. The USEPA and OEPA are expected to be active participants in this process. The major goal of this environmental protection plan is to demonstrate superior environmental performance through greater local responsibility and control for permitted facilities. This plan will demonstrate the development and application of locally developed water quality standards that are based on local environmental conditions while recognizing statewide objectives. This plan will lead to the design of a local water quality program that will achieve more environmental objectives and performance standards than can be obtained using statewide standards. Because of its comprehensive scope, the Environmental Protection Plan must also encompass other development issues closely tied to water quality including land use, development procedures, open space and farmland preservation, and economic development to name a few. Methods and results will be applicable to other local jurisdictions wishing to develop targeted, locally-driven, water quality management programs. The County’s Environmental Protection Plan and its model for the watershed will provide the objective framework for the County to assume responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of capital projects as well as policy changes in achieving established water quality goals. As specific actions are undertaken, procedures for monitoring the impacts of the action will be incorporated into the water quality sampling plan. As a result, the process will be reiterative. If actions do not achieve the predicted and desired results, changes will be made and the model recalibrated, effecting modification to the County Environmental Protection Plan.
Environmental Protection Plan. D13.1 Prior to commencing construction activities or delivery of materials to Site, submit an Environmental Protection Plan for review and approval by Contract Administrator. The Environmental Protection Plan shall present a comprehensive plan to address known or potential environmental issues which may be present during construction. Where applicable, the Environmental Protection Plan shall include sub-contractor activities. The submission of the Environmental Protection Plan to the Contract Administrator shall in no way relieve the Contractor of full responsibility for the success or failure of all environmental management practices and procedures.
Environmental Protection Plan. SUPPLIER shall comply with the provisions of Exhibit D attached hereto of the Dominion Agreement.
