An environmental management plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities from an environmental perspective and describe how the Contractor proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities will be performed consistently with the: Statutory Requirements; ESD Principles; and Environmental Objectives.
