Environmental Management Plan. Prior to the commencement of any demolition and remedial works an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) must be prepared for the site and submitted to the City’s Area Planning Manager for written approval prior to the commencement of work. The EMP must consider all potential environmental impacts from the approved works including but not limited to sedimentation control, contamination containment, stockpiles, noise and vibration, odours and dust emissions. All works must be undertaken onsite in accordance with the approved Environmental Management Plan.
Environmental Management Plan. 7 Developer shall prepare an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) that describes Developer’s 8 approach to implementing the environmental commitments. The EMP must include, at a 9 minimum, the following elements:
Environmental Management Plan. An environmental management plan prepared by the Contractor and finalised under clause 8.7, which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Contractor will implement to manage the Contractor's Activities from an environmental perspective and describe how the Contractor proposes to ensure the Contractor's Activities will be performed consistently with the: Statutory Requirements; ESD Principles; and Environmental Objectives.
Environmental Management Plan. The Operator must develop, implement and maintain a plan (Environmental Management Plan) which must specify (as a minimum):
Environmental Management Plan. Contractor shall, as part of an Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, prepare an environmental management plan based on the results of the Environmental Impact Assessment (“Environmental Management Plan”). The Environmental Management Plan shall provide detailed information about Petroleum Operations that will be utilized to minimize environmental impacts. An Environmental Management Plan shall include, but not be limited to, a detailed description of atmospheric emission, waste management systems, and oil spill and fire prevention and response. Environmental Management Plan. The Lessee shall submit to the Port Authority for its approval prior to the commencement of the Construction Work an environmental management plan setting forth in detail the Lessee’s plans for all handling, excavation, depositing, testing, screening, backfilling, removal, storage, transportation, disposal and other handling of soil and the treatment of groundwater and effluent in the performance of the Construction Work (such plan, as approved by the Port Authority, the “Environmental Management Plan”). The Construction Work shall be performed in accordance with the Environmental Management Plan.
Environmental Management Plan. The environmental management plan prepared by the Subcontractor and approved by the Contractor's Representative which must set out in adequate detail the procedures the Subcontractor will implement to manage the Subcontractor's Activities from an environmental perspective and describe how the Subcontractor proposes to ensure the Subcontractor's Activities will be performed consistently so as to maximise the achievement of: the Environmental Requirements; the Statutory Requirements; without limiting paragraph (b), the Energy Policy for Commonwealth Agencies, Commonwealth Procurement Rules and Defence Green Procurement Policy; the ESD Principles; and the Environmental Objectives, in accordance with the Subcontract and the Contractor's Environmental Management Plan. Environmental Objectives The Environmental Objectives are to: encourage best practice environmental management through planning, commitment and continuous improvement; prevent and minimise adverse impacts on the Environment; identify the potential for, and respond to, Environmental Incidents, accidents and emergency situations and take corrective action; identify and control possible environmental hazards associated with the Subcontract Works and the Subcontractor's Activities; establish procedures to ensure that no hazardous substance is stored on Commonwealth land without approval; recognise and protect any special environmental characteristics of the Site (including cultural heritage significance); define roles and responsibilities for personnel; ensure environmental training and awareness programmes are provided to employees and subsubcontractors; ensure subsubcontractors implement the Environmental Management Plan; define how the management of the Environment during the Subcontractor's Activities is reported and performance evaluated; describe all monitoring procedures required to identify impacts on the Environment as a result of the Subcontract Works and the Subcontractor's Activities; implement complaint reporting procedures and maintain records of complaints and response to complaints; and establish and maintain programs and procedures for periodic Environmental Management Plan audits to be carried out.

The Borrower shall: (i) carry out the EMP in a manner designed to ensure that the Project is implemented in accordance with sound environmental practices and standards; and (ii) maintain policies and procedures adequate to enable it to monitor and evaluate, on an on-going basis, in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association, the implementation of the EMP and the achievement of the objectives thereof.
