Common use of Environmental Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Environmental Liabilities. Borrower becomes subject to any Liabilities and Costs, which Lender reasonably deems to have a Material Adverse Effect, arising out of or related to (i) the Release or threatened Release at the Property of any Contaminant into the environment, or any Remedial Action in response thereto, or (ii) any violation of any Environmental Laws.
