Common use of Environmental Laws and Hazardous Materials Clause in Contracts

Environmental Laws and Hazardous Materials. Borrower has complied with all Environmental Laws. Except as previously disclosed to Lender in writing, Borrower has not caused or permitted any Hazardous Materials to be located, incorporated, generated, stored, manufactured, transported to or from, released, disposed of or used at, upon, under or within any premises at which Borrower conducts its business, or in connection with Borrower's business. To the best of Borrower's knowledge, no prior owner or operator of any premises at which Borrower conducts its business has caused or permitted any of the above to occur at, upon, under or within any of such premises.
