Environmental Impact Report. Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (“EIR19-0001”) (State Clearinghouse No. 2020070378) prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and known as “Idaho-Maryland Mine Project Final Environmental Impact Report” (“EIR”) as adequate and complete by written findings, and a Mitigation Monitoring Program.
Environmental Impact Report. The environmental impacts of the Project, including associated Approvals, have properly been reviewed and evaluated by the City pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Sections 21000 et seq. (“CEQA”). Pursuant to CEQA, the City Council certified the Environmental Impact Report (“EIR”) for housing development at 000 Xxxxxxx, which includes analysis of the Project as a project alternative, and adopted a Statement of Overriding Considerations by Resolution No. XXXX, adopted on [date]. As required by CEQA, the City adopted written findings and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program (“MMRP”).
Environmental Impact Report. The environmental impacts of the Project, including the Project Approvals and the Subsequent Approvals, and numerous alternatives to the Project and its location, have properly been reviewed and assessed by City pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq.; and California Code of Regulations Title 14, Section 15000 et seq. (the “CEQA Guidelines”). On [ ] , 2010, pursuant to CEQA and in accordance with the recommendation of the Planning Commission for the City of Newark (the “Planning Commission”), the City Council certified a final environmental impact report covering the Project (the “EIR”). As required by CEQA, the City adopted written findings and a mitigation monitoring program (the “Mitigation Monitoring Program”) prior to approving the Project Approvals.

At a duly noticed and conducted public hearing on , 2020, the City Council of the City of El Paso xx Xxxxxx (“Council”) approved Resolution No. 20- , certifying a new EIR for the Project which discloses and analyzes all of the potentially significant adverse environmental effects of the Project, as well as the mitigation measures and alternatives that may substantially lessen or avoid such adverse effects to the maximum extent feasible. The Council also adopted CEQA Findings and a Statement of Overriding Considerations with respect to the Project.

Environmental Impact Report. The work program described below would result in the preparation of a Program-level EIR. The EIR would address all potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the General Plan Update, as well as any changes to the City’s Municipal Code. The Program-EIR would serve as a “tiering document” to facilitate streamlined environmental review of all subsequent development and infrastructure projects undertaken in the City, which are consistent with the General Plan. TASK 1 – EIR KICK- OFF AND NOTICE OF PREPARATION/INITIAL STUDY TASK 1A – EIR INIT IATION De Novo will meet with the City staff team to initiate the EIR portion of the work program. The purpose of the meeting will be to identify concerns and issues that have arisen since the first start-up meeting, review information needs, and discuss scheduling and expectations for the environmental setting and environmental review process. De Novo will coordinate with City staff for the preparation of a base map that will be used during meetings and presentations, and will also be used to provide base information for figures and exhibits used in the EIR. De Novo’s GIS staff will be able to revise and amend the base map to address City staff comments.
Environmental Impact Report. On May 12, 2009, the Board, in Resolution No. 2009-117, adopted Findings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (“CEQA Findings”) and certified as adequate and complete the Xxxxx Vineyards Specific Plan EIR (the “2009 EIR”) (State Clearinghouse (#2005092041), in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). Mitigation measures were suggested in the Final EIR and are incorporated to the extent feasible in the Specific Plan (as defined below) and in the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (“MMRP”).
Environmental Impact Report. (a) BHP shall prepare and submit to the Minister, the GNWT, the Monitoring Agency and the Aboriginal Peoples a comprehensive report (the "Environmental Impact Report") on April 30, 2000 and on each third April 30 thereafter until full and final reclamation of the Project site has been completed in accordance with the requirements of all Regulatory Instruments and the terms of this Agreement. Each Environmental Impact Report shall be accompanied by a plain English summary prepared by BHP and shall report on longer term effects of the Project and the results of environmental monitoring programs and the actual performance of the Project in comparison to the results predicted in the Impact Statement and to evaluate how BHP's adaptive environmental management has performed to the date of such report. Environmental Impact Report. An Environmental Impact Report is an informational document that must be considered by each affected agency prior to its approval or disapproval of a project. Environmental Impact Reports provide agencies and the public with detailed information about the environmental effects of proposed projects; lists ways in which the significant effects of such a project might be minimized; and indicates alternatives to projects. This level of review is time consuming and expensive and would reduce the cost effectiveness of most fish habitat restoration projects.
