Environmental Impact Report. Certification of the Final Environmental Impact Report (“EIR19-0001”) (State Clearinghouse No. 2020070378) prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act and known as “Idaho-Maryland Mine Project Final Environmental Impact Report” (“EIR”) as adequate and complete by written findings, and a Mitigation Monitoring Program.

Environmental Impact Report. The work program described below would result in the preparation of a Program-level EIR. The EIR would address all potential environmental impacts associated with implementation of the General Plan Update, as well as any changes to the City’s Municipal Code. The Program-EIR would serve as a “tiering document” to facilitate streamlined environmental review of all subsequent development and infrastructure projects undertaken in the City, which are consistent with the General Plan. TASK 1 – EIR KICK- OFF AND NOTICE OF PREPARATION/INITIAL STUDY TASK 1A – EIR INIT IATION De Novo will meet with the City staff team to initiate the EIR portion of the work program. The purpose of the meeting will be to identify concerns and issues that have arisen since the first start-up meeting, review information needs, and discuss scheduling and expectations for the environmental setting and environmental review process. De Novo will coordinate with City staff for the preparation of a base map that will be used during meetings and presentations, and will also be used to provide base information for figures and exhibits used in the EIR. De Novo’s GIS staff will be able to revise and amend the base map to address City staff comments.

Environmental Impact Report. On May 12, 2009, the Board, in Resolution No. 2009-117, adopted Findings of Fact and a Statement of Overriding Considerations (“CEQA Findings”) and certified as adequate and complete the Xxxxx Vineyards Specific Plan EIR (the “2009 EIR”) (State Clearinghouse (#2005092041), in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”). Mitigation measures were suggested in the Final EIR and are incorporated to the extent feasible in the Specific Plan (as defined below) and in the adopted Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (“MMRP”).
