Common use of Environmental Events Clause in Contracts

Environmental Events. The Borrower will promptly give notice -------------------- to the Agent and each of the Banks (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, of any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that has the potential to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Environmental Events. The Borrower Borrowers will promptly give notice -------------------- to the Administrative Agent and each of the Banks (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law that the Borrower Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries reports in writing or is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federalGovernmental Authority where such violation could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, state or local environmental agency and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a written notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, of any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, Governmental Authority that has the potential could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

The Borrower will promptly give notice -------------------- to the Administrative Agent (and the Administrative Agent shall promptly provide copies to each of the Banks Lender) (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law that the Borrower Borrower, CAI or any of its respective Subsidiaries reports in writing or is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency Governmental Authority and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, of any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, Governmental Authority that has the potential to could have a Material Adverse Effect.
