Common use of Environmental Events Clause in Contracts

Environmental Events. The Borrower will promptly give notice to the Agent (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release of a Hazardous Substance that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or which is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions or operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

Environmental Events. The Borrower will promptly give notice to the Administrative Agent (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release of a Hazardous Substance Laws that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or which is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency agency, and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, investigation or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might could reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions condition or operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on Material Subsidiaries, taken as a consolidated basiswhole. §6.15.

The Borrower will promptly give notice to the Administrative Agent (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release of a Hazardous Substance that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or which is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might reasonably be expected to materially adversely affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions or operations of the Borrower and its Material Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.

The Borrower will promptly give notice to the Administrative Agent (ai) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release of a Hazardous Substance that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or which is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (bii) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or of any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might is reasonably be expected to materially adversely adverse affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions or operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on taken as a consolidated basiswhole, or the Administrative Agent's security interests pursuant to the Security Documents.

The Borrower will promptly give notice -------------------- to the Agent Bank (ai) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release of a Hazardous Substance that the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries reports in writing or which is reportable by such Person in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (bii) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might reasonably be expected has the potential to materially adversely affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions condition, operations or operations prospects of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries on a consolidated basisBorrower.

The Borrower Borrowers will promptly give notice to the Agent Banks (a) of any violation of any Environmental Law or release that any of a Hazardous Substance that the Borrower Borrowers or any of its their Subsidiaries reports report in writing or which is are reportable by such Person Persons in writing (or for which any written report supplemental to any oral report is made) to any federal, state or local environmental agency and (b) upon becoming aware thereof, of any inquiry, proceeding, investigation, or other action, including a notice from any agency of potential environmental liability, or any federal, state or local environmental agency or board, that might reasonably be expected has the potential to materially adversely affect the assets, liabilities, financial conditions or operations of any of the Borrower Borrowers individually or the Borrowers and its their Subsidiaries on a consolidated basis.
