The Parties agree that, at the time of the execution of this Agreement, New York employs NYGATS for the tracking, registration, and trading of generation attributes, including renewable or environmental attributes or credits, and that NYGATS will be used by the New York State Department of Public Service to accomplish verification of the transactions consummated hereunder as part of the Environmental Disclosure Program.
