Environmental Coordinator. The Environmental Coordinator will ensure: ▪ All Environmentally Sensitive Sites (ESS) have been identified and flagged in the field to limit the amount of ground disturbance within these areas; ▪ Oversee sensitive work within these areas to ensure environmental protection is maintained; ▪ Inspect and monitor controls regularly to ensure their effectiveness; and ▪ Identify non-compliance/conformance and remedy the i s s u e immediately and communicate occurrence to Manitoba Hydro.

The Environmental Coordinator will act as a representative of PacifiCorp to the RCC and will provide reasonable administrative and clerical support for the RCC.

Related to Environmental Coordinator

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators. Each party may change its Project Coordinator with at least seven days prior written notice. WORK TO BE PERFORMED

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Program Coordinator An individual designated by the program director to assist the program director in managing Match activities.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Environmental constraints and management Describe or cross refer to environmental constraints applicable to the Contractor’s plan and his activities on the Affected Property and how they should be managed. Include here or cross refer to an Annexure to the Service Information. The Contractor shall comply with the environmental criteria and constraints stated in Annexure

  • Environmental Contamination Neither Party shall in any event be liable to the other Party for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any environmental hazard such Party did not cause or contribute to causing. Each Party shall, at the other Party's request, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other Party, each of its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) that arise out of or from (i) any environmental hazard that such Party, its contractors or agents caused in the work locations or (ii) the presence or release of any environmental hazard for which such Party is responsible under Applicable Law. In the event both Parties contribute to such environmental hazard, they shall each proportionately bear such liability.

  • Responsibility for Environmental Contamination 5.20.1 Neither Party shall be liable to the other for any costs whatsoever resulting from the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard that either Party did not introduce to the affected Work Location. Both Parties shall defend and hold harmless the other, its officers, directors and employees from and against any losses, damages, claims, demands, suits, liabilities, fines, penalties and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise out of or result from (i) any Environmental Hazard that the Indemnifying Party, its contractors or agents introduce to the Work Locations or (ii) the presence or release of any Environmental Hazard for which the Indemnifying Party is responsible under Applicable Law.

  • Security Coordinator Provider shall provide the name and contact information of Provider’s Security Coordinator for the Student Data received pursuant to the DPA.

  • ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERNS In the worse case scenario, many environmental concerns must be addressed. Along with the police and fire marshal, the state environmental protection department will be on site to monitor the situation.
