Common use of Environmental Claim Clause in Contracts

Environmental Claim. (in the case of TCN Entities) no Environmental Claim is pending or has been made or threatened against it or any of its respective officers or any occupier of any property owned or leased by it and it has no reason to believe that it or, in the case of TCN, any of its Subsidiaries or Associated Partnerships has or is likely to have any liability in relation to Environmental Matters which would have or would be reasonably likely to have a Material Financial Adverse Effect;

Environmental Claim.
