Under no circumstances shall the Employer dismiss, or otherwise discriminate against, an employee for making a complaint or giving evidence with respect to an alleged violation of any provision of the Agreement. General Clauses 29.1 This Deed of Sale constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and no agreement, representation or warranty between the Parties other than those set out herein are binding on the Parties.
Deviations to GSAR clauses This solicitation indicates any authorized deviation to a General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation clause by the addition of “(DEVIATION)” after the date of the clause.
