Common use of Entry Into Force, Duration and Termination Clause in Contracts

Entry Into Force, Duration and Termination. This MoU will enter into force when signed by the authorised representatives of the Parties and shall remain in force until completion of the activities identified in Article 3 (Joint Work Plan), or upon termination of the projects in which the Parties participate, or upon three (3) months prior written notice by one Party to the other.
