The present This Agreement shall enter into force three months after the date of notification between the latest notification by any Contracting Party Parties of the accomplishment of its their respective internal procedures for the entry into force of ratificationthis Agreement. It shall remain in force for a period of ten years and shall continue continued in force thereafter for another period of ten five years and so forth unless denounced in writing by either Contracting Party one year before its expiration.

Entry Into Force, Duration and Termination. 1.
