Entrance Facility. The facilities between a Party's designated premises and the Central Office serving that designated premises.
Entrance Facility. Dedicated Transport (lit or unlit) that does not connect a pair of Verizon Wire Centers.
Entrance Facility. A transmission facility (lit or unlit) or service provided between (i) a Verizon wire center or switch and (ii) a switch or wire center of Covista or a third party.

Provides for fiber optic cable on a per two (2) fiber increment basis from the point of interconnection utilizing U S WEST owned, conventional single mode type of fiber optic cable to the collocated equipment (for virtual collocation) or to the leased space (for physical collocation). Entrance facility includes riser, fiber placement, entrance closure, conduit/innerduct, and core drilling.
Entrance Facility. Interconnection may be accomplished through the provision of an entrance facility. An entrance facility extends from the serving Wire Center of the provider to the other Party’s switch location. Entrance facilities may not extend beyond the area described by the provider’s serving Wire Center. The rates for entrance facilities are provided in Appendix A.
Entrance Facility. 5.1 Interconnection may be accomplished using an entrance facility without the need for collocation. An entrance facility extends from the Point of Interface to a point within a U S WEST central office.
Entrance Facility. CLEC's use of conduit/duct/innerduct space between a designated manhole and ACS owned cable vault/fiber entrance cabinet. This charge is a monthly recurring rate and includes a nonrecurring installation charge per 100 pair copper or per two (2) fibers.
Entrance Facility. Transmission facilities that connect CenturyTel’s network and Charter’s network or the location of Charter’s equipment. For example, an Entrance Facility is a transmission facility that provides telecommunications between CenturyTel’s switches or Wire Centers and Charter’s switches, Wire Centers or equipment locations.
Entrance Facility. Is a circuit from SBC-12STATE serving Wire Center to the CLEC's location.
Entrance Facility. Special Access circuit(s) that connects CenturyLink’s network and US Xchange’s network or the location of US Xchange’s equipment. For example, an Entrance Facility is transmission facility that provides telecommunications between CenturyLink’s switches or Wire Centers and US Xchange’s switches, Wire Centers or equipment locations.
