Entity Accounts. An “Entity” is any person other than one or more individuals (including, but not limited to, a partnership, corporation, limited liability company, voluntary association, trust, or estate). If you are an Entity, any individual with authority to act on behalf of your Entity (an “Authorized Representative”) of your Entity is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to (A) enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; (B) access each Online Account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through Online Banking, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and (C) use any Online Banking Service in any manner and for any purpose available through Online Banking, whether now available or available at some time in the future.

Entity Accounts. If the account is owned by a legal entity, the information provided on the application related to beneficial ownership (legal entity’s owner(s) and controlling person) has been provided by an individual authorized by the account holder to open the account who has certified, by signing the FCIS Acknowledgement and Attestation Form, that the information is accurate and complete to the best of his or her knowledge.

  • New Entity Accounts The following rules and procedures apply for purposes of identifying U.S. Reportable Accounts and accounts held by Nonparticipating Financial Institutions among Financial Accounts held by Entities and opened on or after July 1, 2014 (“New Entity Accounts”).

  • Other New Entity Accounts With respect to New Entity Accounts not described in paragraph A of this section, the Reporting Finnish Financial Institution must determine whether the Account Holder is: (i) a Specified U.S. Person; (ii) a Finnish Financial Institution or other Partner Jurisdiction Financial Institution; (iii) a participating FFI, a deemed-compliant FFI, or an exempt beneficial owner, as those terms are defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations; or (iv) an Active NFFE or Passive NFFE.

  • Aggregation of Entity Accounts For purposes of determining the aggregate balance or value of accounts held by an Entity, a Reporting Financial Institution shall be required to take into account all accounts held by Entities that are maintained by the Reporting Financial Institution, or Related Entities, to the extent that the Reporting Financial Institution’s computerised systems link the accounts by reference to a data element such as client number or taxpayer identification number and allow account balances or values to be aggregated.

  • Preexisting Entity Accounts The following rules and procedures apply for purposes of identifying U.S. Reportable Accounts and accounts held by Nonparticipating Financial Institutions among Preexisting Accounts held by Entities (“Preexisting Entity Accounts”).

  • Deposit Accounts Neither Borrower nor any Subsidiary shall maintain any Deposit Accounts, or accounts holding Investment Property, except with respect to which Lender has an Account Control Agreement.

  • Fiduciary Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts, and 403(b) arrangements (such accounts, “Fiduciary Accounts”)), the Transfer Agent, at the request of the Fund, shall arrange for the provision of appropriate prototype plans as well as provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial services to be provided by State Street Bank and Trust Company (“State Street”), account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Separate Accounts The trustee shall maintain within the trust fund a separate account for each Agricultural Contractor that signs the trust agreement to hold deposits made pursuant to this article.

  • Business Accounts If you are a business, any authorized user of your business is authorized on such terms, conditions, and agreements as we may require to: • enter into this Agreement, as amended from time to time; • access each account of yours in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future; and • use any Online banking service in any manner and for any purpose available through the Service, whether now available or available at some time in the future.

  • Client Accounts 17.1 It is agreed and understood that the types of the different Client Accounts offered by the Company and the characteristics of such Client Accounts are found on the Website and are subject to change at the Company’s discretion and according to paragraph 43 hereunder.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.
