Common use of Entitlement to Vacation Clause in Contracts

Entitlement to Vacation. An employee shall earn annual vacation entitlement for any calendar year only on reaching the employee's anniversary date, although the employee may take annual vacation entitlement anytime during that calendar year, except as expressly provided otherwise by Clause 21.03(a) above.
