Entire Premises. In the event of a Taking of the entire Premises, the Term will terminate as of the date when possession is taken by the condemning authority and all Basic Rent and Additional Rent will be prorated as of such date.

Entire Premises. If the whole of the Building or the Premises is lawfully taken by condemnation or in any other manner for any public or quasi-public purpose, this Lease shall terminate as of the earlier of the date of the date title vests or the date possession is given, and Rent shall be prorated to such date.
