Entire Policy. This Policy, including the Certificate(s) of Coverage, the Schedule(s) of Benefits, the application of the Enrolling Group, and any Amendments, Notices of Change, and Riders, constitute the entire Policy between the parties. All statements made by the Enrolling Group or by a Subscriber will, in the absence of fraud, be deemed representations and not warranties.
