Common use of Entire Obligation Clause in Contracts

Entire Obligation. Except as provided in Subsection 4(i) of this Agreement, following the Executive’s termination of employment under this Subsection 4(f), the Executive will have no further obligation to the Company pursuant to this Agreement (other than under Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 16, 18, 19 (to the extent such policies, guidelines and codes by their terms apply post-employment) and 20).
