Common use of Entire Leased Premises Clause in Contracts

Entire Leased Premises. Should title or possession of the whole of the Premises be taken by duly constituted authority in condemnation proceedings under the exercise of the right of eminent domain, or should a partial taking render the remaining portion of the Premises impractical for Tenant’s intended use as contemplated in this Lease, then this Lease shall terminate upon the vesting of title or taking of possession.
