ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties and is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any additional or conflicting terms in any future document incorporated into the Contract will be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible.
ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. The Grant Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the Parties and is intended as a complete and exclusive statement of the promises, representations, negotiations, discussions, and other agreements that may have been made in connection with the subject matter hereof. Any additional or conflicting terms in any future document incorporated into the Grant Agreement will be harmonized with this Grant Agreement to the extent possible.
ENTIRE CONTRACT AND MODIFICATION. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by the terms of this Contract, no modification, renewal, extension or amendment to this Contract shall be binding upon the Parties unless the same is in writing and signed by the respective Parties hereto.

Unless an integrated attachment to this Contract specifically displays a mutual intent to amend a particular part of this Contract, general conflicts in language between any such attachment and this Contract shall be construed consistent with the terms of this Contract. Unless otherwise expressly authorized by the terms of this Contract, no modification or amendment to this Contract shall be binding upon the parties unless the same is in writing and signed by the respective parties hereto and approved by the Xxxxxx City Board of Supervisors. Conflicts in language between this Contract and any other agreement between CITY and CONTRACTOR on this same matter shall be construed consistent with the terms of this Contract. The parties agree that each has had their respective counsel review this Contract which shall be construed as if it was jointly drafted.

Any additional or conflicting terms in any Attachment, Amendment, Technical Guidance Letter, or Revision shall be harmonized with this Contract to the extent possible. Unless such Attachment, Amendment, Technical Guidance Letter, or Revision specifically displays a mutual intent to amend this Contract, general conflicts in language shall be construed consistently with the terms of this Contract. Except as provided herein, this Contract, its Attachments, and any Amendment may be amended only by a mutual, written agreement executed by authorized representatives of the Parties.
