Entire Contract; Amendment. This contract, including all attachments, if any, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter in this contract. Unless otherwise set forth in this contract, this contract supersedes all other agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter in this contract. No amendment to this contract will be effective unless it is in writing and signed by both parties.
Entire Contract; Amendment. This Contract contains the entire agreement between the Parties. It supersedes any and all prior agreements, contracts, arrangements, or understandings between the Parties on all subjects in any way related to the transaction or occurrence described in this Contract. No oral understandings, statements, promises, or inducements exist contrary to, or inconsistent with, the terms of this Contract. This Contract is subject to modification, waiver, or addition, only by means of a writing signed by the Parties.

Consultant makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding its Work and to the extent that warranties for professional services exist under applicable law. They are expressly waived and disclaimed.
Entire Contract; Amendment. 30.1 This Contract constitutes the entire and final agreement and understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements relating to the subject matter hereof, which are of no further force or effect. The Exhibits referred to herein are integral parts hereof and are hereby made a part of this Contract. This Contract may only be modified or supplemented by an instrument in writing executed by a duly authorized representative of each party.
